I would like to start by saying the bus that took us from san diego, calif.to ensenada, mexico was a disaster we had a flat tire and no one seemed to care.the driver tried to get a tow truck but after 20 minutes he gave up.he said he was in touch with the bus lines but no one showed up after almost 2 hours I personally flagged down another bus.we had to stand up for the rest of the trip. It would have helped if the driver of that bus would have known where he was going.he went past the check in hotel and went 10 minutes down to the pier just to be told we had to go to the hotel and check in to get our pass.there I was told they couldnt find my pass to get on the ship .they gave me a temporary one in the meantime.once we got to the ship it was a beautiful ship.most of the staff was real helpful.the food was very good, the entertainment was awful .there wasnt enough planned activities for 5 days at sea.unless you were into bingo!!!!!Our asst.waitress catered to only 2 People at our table and ignored the rest.i could go on but, guess I wont.thanks, mabel

Cruise reviews can be extremely helpful to new and experienced cruisers by giving the cruise vacation consumer's view of various RCCL ships and ports. If you've sailed aboard an RCCL ship, we hope you'll write and tell us about it by using our special form here.  Sincere thanks to those who take the time to do this so that others can have the benefit of shared information and experiences.
