Subject: Review

We had a wonderful time aboard the Radiance with the exception of the Main Dining Room.  Our Head Waiter was OK but he was by no means what we had on the Princess Cruise.  He just came around and said "hello, how are you." The person who was doing the serving, was not a happy person nor the person who was suppose to be helping him( she was not there for most of the meal and the poor waiter had to do all of the work) maybe that's why he seemed like he didn't want to be there.  We all had to ask for coffee many times as they never ask if we wanted as refill.  They both served the meals with no conversation or laughter.  It seemed that all of the other tables had great waiters.  We also noticed that there were a lot of tables where people did not come back because of the food or something else.  On our table, one couple was there twice and the rest were not there hardly at all including the 4 of us.  Our room attendant was great, as was everything else.

Cruise reviews can be extremely helpful to new and experienced cruisers by giving the cruise vacation consumer's view of various RCCL ships and ports. If you've sailed aboard an RCCL ship, we hope you'll write and tell us about it by using our special form here.  Sincere thanks to those who take the time to do this so that others can have the benefit of shared information and experiences.
