Our first cruise and very nice!  We couldn't disembark at Georgetown, Grand Cayman Islands but that was the fault of the weather.  Our wait staff was fantastic and so was the food.  The food is definitely better in the main dining room.  But the variety and casual atmosphere of the WindJammer was a nice variation when we wanted it.  It was probably the first vacation that we came back from feeling really rested!  When we sailed it was Spring Break for several schools so the ship was really packed with families and kids.  We always enjoyed traveling with our kids so were happy that families could experience this together although probably would have scheduled a different time if we had known in advance that it would be so crowded.  In spite of that everything went smoothly.  Our cabin steward was excellent and very helpful.  The evening shows featured were fun and lively, with the exception of the second comedian who was gross and not appreciated by anyone we talked with.  His humor was off color on the family entertainment night.  Wouldn't think of going to his "adult comedy" show!  The first comedian was really good and clean.

Otherwise, we enjoyed the evening shows that we saw.  The Royal Carribean Dancers are VERY talented and our favorite was "The Beat Goes On."

We would be very happy to travel again with Royal Carribean!!

Cruise reviews can be extremely helpful to new and experienced cruisers by giving the cruise vacation consumer's view of various RCCL ships and ports. If you've sailed aboard an RCCL ship, we hope you'll write and tell us about it by using our special form here.  Sincere thanks to those who take the time to do this so that others can have the benefit of shared information and experiences.
