Most of the Cruise was very good. We found the Service to be excellent. We attended all the shows and we were very happy and well entertained by the shows. Food was great, excursions were good.

We booked the cruise one year ago and we had asked for early dining. When we learned we did not get the early dining we could not get a reason  why. We also requested a cabin near the ceter of the ship and we did not get the room we requsted either. When we were on board we found that a group of around 500 was booked and they had beengiven the early dinner and the center rooms. Since we had booked a year in advance we were very disappointed we did not get the requests. This group of 500 also had a lot of children. The children ran wild on board and were extremly rude. The crew did recognize the problem and started asking parents to take controll but that was towards the end of the cruise. I don't think I have ever encounterd such a rude group anywhere.

Bottom line we did not appreciate being treated less important than this group of 500. Therewere over two thousand on the cruise. This was our second cruise with Royal Carribean, probably our last. What good does it do you as a Corp.if you pay special attention to 500 and loose 1500 customers.

I tell you when the cruise director made an announcement to tell parents to take controll of their children or they would be left ashore, the entire ship
applauded.

Thank you for allowing me to express my thoughts.
